Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Fulfilment Locations
To provide the best range and pricing, orders may be shipped from different locations.

Local Warehouse Stock (Australia)
Dispatch time: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days Australia-wide

Supplier Shipped Items
Some products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier warehouses.
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days Australia-wide
These items are clearly noted on the product page where applicable.

Mixed Orders
If your order includes both locally stocked and supplier-shipped items, they may be delivered separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

From time to time, we may run free shipping promotions on selected products or order values. These promotions are limited-time offers and may change without notice.

Tracking
Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure fast delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Weather events
• Remote delivery locations

Authority to Leave
Orders may be left in a safe place if the delivery location is unattended, unless signature on delivery is requested.

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
